Studio
AXYFORM is a sustainable industrial design studio. Every proposal starts from the same question: what happens to this object at the end of its life? The answer shapes the design from the first sketch: fewer materials, mechanical joints instead of glue, parts that can be replaced, and materials that can go back into the loop.
The name combines axis and form — the Y references the X/Y axes of a technical drawing: the exact point where an idea begins to become an object. Current proposals are AI-assisted concept studies, developed and curated by the studio.
Approach
01 · Fewer materials
One material where possible. Fewer materials mean simpler recycling.
02 · Recycled & renewable
Recycled aluminium and steel, cork, solid wood, ceramic: materials with a second life or a natural cycle.
03 · Repair & disassembly
Screws, clips and bayonets instead of glue and welds, so parts can be replaced and separated.
04 · Made to last
Timeless form and robust construction: the most sustainable product is the one you keep.
